  21. A month ago first time when I requested for port change from Airtel to BSNL, I got the Unique port ID and submitted at BSNL office with required documents by paying the fee amount, and got the new SIM. After submission of the application I start receiving calls from Airtel inquiring the reasons for changing the Service provider. I explained the fact that I experienced that your pre-paid service charges are more than other service providers. After waiting two weeks when I contacted BSNL to enquire the status of Port change, I was told that the Unique port change ID is valid only for one week, so I need to request again for new port change Unique port change ID. About 10 days ago again 2nd time I provided the new port change request Unique ID to BSNL. As expected, immediately again I started receiving calls from Airtel (will you spare two minutes / we need info for changing service provider etc.) for inquiring the reasons for the port change request, but even after almost ONE month I did not get any indication that my service provider has been changed. It seems to me these are port change delay tactics by the service providers. Can you pls advise me the suitable authorities to whom I can report this problem. Thank you.
