I am not aware of exact person handling your IPTV. However, everything is controlled by AKSH. bsnl only does billing and allows AKSH to use their network and subscribers base. so its pretty much a AKSH provided service, your security deposit is also with aksh only. but these private types don’t easily release money.

Try the Following,

Also, send a copy of the letter to General Manager for Broadband in BSNL

I am customer of Aksh Optifiber Jaipur IPTV. My landline number is 0141-2720559.
I got my IPTV disconnected on July 03 2009. Matter has already been brought to Cable -BSNL and Aksh Optifibre Jaipur IPTV Service on July 03 2009. Somebody please advise me how to get the refund of security deposit of Rs 999/-.
Setup box has been collected today on July 21 2009.

Try this:

In your router ( modem ) add a WAN connection with following settings:

VPI=0
VCI=100

UBR

Bridge

LLC-SNAP

then , do next — > next –> until you finish. ( do not edit any other option )

Restart your modem.

See if this works.
It works here in Lucknow.

unfortunately, I no longer superscribe to IPTV, can’t provide the requested information. so you have to call aksh guys, to configure the settings again.

Also, it would be good if you could share the settings here. It would help other users like you.

Can u please provide us the router settings required to be set up for the IPTV connection. I had to reset the router as it had started having some problems. And now I can’t access the IPTV.

Please give us the settings.

The customer service of BSNL really sucks! its been over a month since I subscribed IPTV from Aksh in Agra and they even installed the STB, but the connection does not work.
The technicians they send every other day to fix the connection just doodle around with my modem settings and then ask for support from their boss on phone. Nothing happens!
If I didn’t also have tata sky, I would’ve been totally cut off from the world as they messed up my modem config and user id and now, I can’t even use my broadband connection to browse the internet.

Video and Audio Quality are good but customer service sucks!
